Human Capital Advisory & Investments (HUCAI) AG is a boutique firm specialising in M&A and advisory in the global human capital sector. Further down, we focus specifically on staffing companies in the STEM markets. Our aim is to create and increase company value by strategic management advisory for SMEs worldwide by helping them with their strategic development and international expansion plans. Based on our extensive experience in the recruitment market, we partner with the sell-side (Owner of staffing firms).
What does HUCAI stand for?
Interestingly enough, HUCAI is a common name in Taiwan. However, this is not the reason why we choose this name. HUCAI stands for Human Capital Advisory and Investment. Human Capital refers to the value of people’s knowledge, skills, competencies, and attributes. The firt three letters “HUC” stand for the Human Capital Industry, specifically the recruitment business and all staffing firms and
vendors engaging in this industry. The last two letters, Advisory & Investment (AI) relate to the three business lines of HUCAI which we visualised by the three peaks of the company logo.
The first peak stands for start-ups who establish a new business where we help to get the fundamentals right. The second peak refers to staffing firms that want to scale, where HUCAI partners to adapt a smart strategy and a flexible planning to adjust to the market needs. The third and ultimate peak represents our business line focusing on the investment or M&A part. Hereby, HUCAI helps company owners to profitable exit from their business in a wealth maximising way. In Recruitment the most mature markets are the UK and the US. A lot of international recruitment markets are 3-5 years behind the developments in these two countries. For example, we have seen a lot of best practices and trends swapping over from the US and the UK to Germany with a delay of several years.
