M&A Manager Staffing Industry (m/f/d)

We’re committed to excellence in our field and are seeking a highly skilled HR and Administration Manager to join our team and drive our human resources and administrative functions.

 

Role Overview:

As the M&A Manager, you take over the process after offer closure and work alongside the client through the full M&A process. You are supporting the partner and you’ll be responsible for developing and implementing strategies aligned with the projects and companies objectives while ensuring seamless support during the process.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • (Project) management in the execution of buy-side and sell-side M&A processes
  • Independent execution of company, financial, and market analyses
  • Preparation of process documents, including information memoranda and other presentations
  • Conducting company valuations using market-standard methods, coordinating, and accompanying due diligence examinations, and supporting contract negotiations
  • Initiating and maintaining contact with clients, investors, and target companies, particularly at decision-maker and owner levels
  • Manage and optimize administrative procedures, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
  • Handle budgeting and financial reporting
  • Implement and maintain effective documentation and record-keeping systems.

Requirements:

  • Successfully completed university degree in business/legal studies or a comparable field, ideally with a focus on finance
  • Background in staffing combined with experience in M&A/Corporate Finance
  • Knowledge of individual transaction steps in the M&A process and common methods of company valuation (DCF, Multiples)
  • Understanding of finance and accounting
  • Entrepreneurial, responsible, and independent work style
  • Excellent analytical skills, high commitment, and enjoyment of teamwork
  • Quick comprehension and a confident, negotiation-strong presence
  • Fluent Germany & English Language Skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

As the HR and Administration Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing the company’s HR operations and administrative processes. You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the company’s objectives while ensuring seamless administrative support across departments.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources Management:

  • Develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s goals.
  • Lead the entire employee life cycle, from manpower planning over recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding.
  • Design and implement robust talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
  • Administer and refine compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and employee satisfaction.
  • Foster a positive work environment, promoting employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Oversee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.

Administrative Oversight:

  • Manage and optimize administrative procedures, ensuring efficiency and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (more then 4 years) as an HR Manager or relevant role, preferably in the service industry.
  • Strong understanding of Swiss labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
