André Sola serves as CEO of HUCAI AG, focusing his practice on human capital investment advisory services and M&A partnerships. With two decades acting as Managing Director, Board Member and Board advisor in the recruitment industry André serves our staffing business clients on human capital investment in relation to the individual business growth objectives, providing in-depth expertise in buy-side and sell-side transactions, private equity, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and staffing market regulations.

Thomas Stiegler

Thomas Stiegler acts as the CFO of HUCAI providing financial and taxation advisory for M&A transactions services in the human capital investment process. Thomas has vast experience in financial transaction management and investment advisory in the form of accounting services, asset protection and tax advisory to venture capitalists, private clients and family offices who wish to invest in the human capital & staffing business industry.

Paul Beeke

Paul Beeke is Managing Partner of HUCAI AG and focusing his service on advisory and M&A process management. Paul brings three decades of experience at Board level in various capacities including Managing Director, CEO, Chairman, Non Executive Director and Board Advisor. Both on the buy side and the sell side Paul has directly been involved in over 20 successful M&A transactions in the human capital sector with a proven track record of raising private equity for our clients.

Hermann Bär

Hermann Bär co-chairs the firm's M&A advisory services, specialising his practice on buy side transactions. Hermann advises on all aspects of strategic growth in relation to M&A transactions in human capital investments. In particular, this includes various cross-border projects for international clients expanding in Switzerland and Germany. Hermann has wide-ranging experience advising our staffing industry clients on recruitment best practices in STEM markets across Europe.

Accountant & Office Manager

Tobias Emmert

Tobias Emmert is responsible for HUCAI's back office management. Tobias, has tremendous experience in the provision of accounting services and tax advisory to our staffing business clients, handles the financial administration and accounting with necessary diligence and complements the team with a high degree of customer service. He is qualified in financial customer services during transaction process dealing with private investors and investment funds.
